
North East Law Centre and other North East partners have been awarded a government grant to support vulnerable individuals to make an application to the EU Settlement Scheme. Our service is impartial and free.
EU Settlement Scheme - project delivery
The service is delivered by our team of Immigration Advisors.
The project is available to vulnerable individuals within one or more of the categories below:
- disabled people and people with serious health conditions (e.g. physical or mental impairment, are socially excluded as a result of their circumstances)
- elderly people
- those who have experienced domestic abuse (to include non-violent forms of abuse (emotional, psychological etc)
- those who have experienced modern slavery and/or trafficking
- those with no fixed abode (e.g. Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities, rough sleepers)
- vulnerable children
We accept referrals from organisations working with vulnerable individuals.

You can reach us or make a referral on someone’s behalf at any time using our contact form. Our Business Administrators will ensure this referral reaches an advisor and you will be contacted shortly after.
